Lasik Vision Correction Discounts

Many vision plans allow discounts on laser vision correction. Discounted amounts range from $100 to $300 off each eye corrected. The amounts vary by location of surgery, type of surgery and the plan you have. Examples of plans allowing discounts on LASIK (laser vision correction) include VSP, and EyeMed. Dr. Buckingham (retired as of 1/1/21), Dr. Kaminski and Dr. Buchanan routinely work with Specialty Eye Institute and Laser Centers who, in addition to participating with the insurance company discounts, also provide financing for your corrective procedure. Another popular way to assist in the cost of laser vision correction is the use of flex spending accounts or medical savings accounts.
